Expert opinion
I recently purchased the Whynter FM 62DZ 62 Quart Dual Zone Portable Fridge/Freezer, and I have to say I am very pleased with the product. This fridge/freezer is great for both car, RV and home use as it can operate as either a refrigerator or freezer. It has an adjustable temperature range of 8 F to 50 F, and a fast freeze mode that rapidly cools to 8 F. The internal dimensions are big zone: 13 W x 12.5 L x 15.5 H including a compressor step with 7 W x 8 H, and small zone: 8 W x 12.5 L x 15.5 H which makes it perfect for storing large or small items.
The features of this product are impressive it has two removable wire baskets, insulated lid and walls, ETL approved, power low indicator functions even when tilted 30 degrees, tough and solid outer powder coated steel housing and drain plug for easy cleaning. Furthermore, there is a stainless steel side handle that makes carrying the fridge/freezer easy and comfortable. There is also an 8 Feet AC power cord and 10 feet DC power cord included in the package so you don t have to worry about buying additional cords or adapters to use the product.
The noise level of this fridge/freezer is 42 dB which is relatively quiet compared to other products in this category making it perfect for using it in shared spaces like offices or dorms without disturbing others around you. The annual energy consumption is 569 Kilowatt Hours per Year which makes it cost effective as well as efficient.
Overall, I believe this is an ideal product for anyone who needs a portable dual zone fridge/freezer as it offers great features at an affordable price without compromising on quality. With its ability to operate on both AC and DC power sources, lightweight construction and stainless steel handle for portability purposes make this product highly recommendable from my experience.
