Expert opinion
I recently had the pleasure of reviewing LeapFrog s My First Learning Tablet, Scout. I was excited to check out this kid friendly tablet as I m always on the lookout for good products for my toddler.
The tablet is designed for children aged 12 months to 36 months and comes with an impressive set of features. The tablet has a home button, 20 app icons, and teaches letters, numbers, shapes, animals, colors and more. Kids can also press the five dock icons and talk on the phone with Scout, explore time concepts, listen to Scout, play with the pretend camera and listen to music. Plus they can choose Explore, Learn or Music modes to explore role play, a variety of age appropriate curriculum, 20 familiar melodies and three songs.
The most impressive feature of this tablet is its multicolor light show. Every action activates unique patterns of lights, colors and sounds that make it fun to use. It s also sturdy and durable so I don t have to worry about it breaking during playtime.
The product is easy to use and understand which is great for young kids who are just learning how to use technology. It also makes a great gift because it s educational as well as entertaining.
LeapFrog has done an excellent job designing this product with toddlers in mind. It s intuitive and engaging so that kids can easily understand how to use it without getting frustrated or bored. The fact that it teaches basic skills like letters, numbers and shapes makes it even more appealing for parents looking for educational toys for their kids.
Overall I would highly recommend this product for any parent looking for an interactive educational toy for their toddler. It s durable, easy to use and will help teach your child basic skills in a fun way. If you re looking for a way to engage your little one while teaching them important skills then look no further than LeapFrog s My First Learning Tablet Scout!
