Expert opinion
I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 and have been using it for a few weeks now. I can confidently say that this is an excellent tablet that offers plenty of features and good value for money.
The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is perfect for those who want an affordable tablet with a great design, decent performance, and plenty of features. The 10.4 inch display is bright and clear, with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels, making it suitable for watching movies and playing games. The tablet is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor and 2GB RAM which provide good performance for everyday activities such as web browsing, streaming music and videos, or playing casual games. It also has 32GB of storage which can be expanded via the microSD slot if you need more space for your media files.
In terms of battery life, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 performs quite well. With moderate use web browsing, streaming music/videos I was able to get around 7 hours of battery life on a single charge.
The tablet runs Android 9 Pie out of the box, so you get all the latest features like Google Assistant and Smart Reply as well as access to the Google Play Store where you can download apps and games. The pre installed suite of Samsung apps are also useful and easy to use, including Samsung Health which lets you track your fitness goals and Samsung Kids Mode which lets you set restrictions on what your children can access on the device.
Overall, I think that the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is an excellent choice for those who are looking for an affordable tablet with good performance and plenty of features. It has a nice design, decent specs, long battery life, up to date software, and lots of useful apps pre installed so it should be able to handle most tasks without any issues. It is also compatible with most GSM carriers in the US so you wont have any trouble using it on AT T or T Mobile networks if thats what youre looking for in a tablet.
