PortionPro Rx Automatic Pet Feeder Review

I recently purchased the PortionProRx Automatic Pet Feeder for my multi pet household. I was looking for a way to automate feeding schedules, control portions to prevent or reverse pet obesity, eliminate food stealing, and better manage pets with prescription diets. After doing extensive research, the PortionProRx was the clear choice.

The PortionProRx has a patented RFID tag system for access control. This system assigns the right pet with the right access at the right time. The tags have longer range recognition than microchips, so if you have multiple pets in your home it is recommended that you purchase additional tags to ensure proper access control.

The feeder can be customized to measure and serve the proper portions for each assigned pet. The food bin holds 32 cups of dry kibble and can feed as little as 1/2 cup all the way up to 6 cups per day. It also automatically divides daily amount into 2, 4, or 6 meals per day for cats and 2 or 3 meals per day for dogs. This feature was key for me because several of my cats were overweight due to overeating and this helps me better manage their food portions throughout the day.

The PortionProRx also comes with an extremely durable design that is veterinarian approved and easy to clean. It includes a power supply, food bin and lid, ceramic food bowl, and food belt all of which are very high quality materials that will last a long time without showing signs of wear and tear.

In terms of value for money, I think this product is definitely worth it due to its many benefits such as preventing food stealing and chaos at mealtimes within multi pet homes keeping pets healthier saving money by not overfeeding avoiding expensive vet bills related to overweight pets etc. I would recommend this product to anyone who has multiple pets in their home or wants more precise control over their pets diet needs.
