Hitron CODA DOCSIS 3.1 Modem Review

I found the modem to be very easy to install in just three simple steps. It took me less than five minutes to get it up and running without any issues. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it recognized my internet service provider and connected without any problems.

The Hitron CODA DOCSIS 3.1 Modem supports next generation DOCSIS 3.1 technology with two downstream and two upstream OFDM DOCSIS 3.1 channels which reduces latency in DOCSIS 3.1 devices significantly compared to other modems on the market today. This allows for faster streaming, conferencing and gaming experiences compared to other modems on the market today.

This modem is ideal for those who are looking for fast speeds up to 2 Gbps as it can achieve speeds 10x faster than DOCSIS 3.0 modems on the market today. However, it should be noted that a 2nd IP address is required from your Cable Internet Service Provider in order to reach 2 Gbps speeds so make sure that your ISP can provide this before purchasing this modem if you are looking for these speeds.

In terms of value for money I think that this modem is an excellent purchase as you will save up to 168/yr by not having to rent a modem from your ISP anymore which pays for itself in no time at all! Plus you get access to some of the fastest speeds available on the market today! Overall I am extremely impressed by the Hitron CODA DOCSIS 3.1 Modem! It s easy to install and configure and delivers excellent performance at great value for money! Highly recommend this modem if you re looking for fast speeds up to 2 Gbps!
