Additionally, there are 12 different preset programs that you can choose from to help make your workouts more effective. The integrated body mass index calculator also makes it easy to measure your physical fitness level.
For runners, this treadmill offers a top speed of 8 miles per hour and comes with pulse grip heart rate monitoring so you can track your progress as you go. The deck width is 16.5 inches and the length is 49.5 inches, so it s able to accommodate most runners comfortably. It also has Bluetooth wireless connectivity so you can listen to music or take calls on the go.
